Your Account Settings

At the very top of the screen is a drop down where you can personalize your local settings. Click on the drop down by your name and you will see the following:
- My Account - Links to the User information page. Edits can be made here if an address or phone number changes
- A green dot indicates restrictions may have been put on the account via the Ticket Access Control panel. If you have any questions, see your System Administrator.
- Ticket Monitor - Select users or groups to monitor
- Email Signature - Set the signature which will be sent with any Revelation emails
- @Tag Settings - Receive notifications via email, Message Feed and or Activity Feed
- Single Sign On - Set up your credentials to use Single Sign On, if the option has been activated by your System Admin. You can edit the information in your User Information page.
- Interface Options- .Select from the appropriate tab to make your changes:
Navigation - Select the button size for your instance of Revelation. Or select the large button with text. | |
Contacts - Select the fields you want to see in the Contact Cards from the fly out on the home page. | |
Background - Select the background pattern and/or color for your instance of Revelation. Or use the System Setting. | |
General - Select from the "Friendly' date format of Today, Wast Wed, Next month, etc., or the classic date formatting
- Show the Ticket Log Source on Ticket Details - Shows how the ticket was logged. (Direct, Mobile, Chat, Self Service Interface, etc.)
- Remove closed Tickets from Pin Dock - if unchecked, pinned tickets will remain in the dock, but be gray when you roll over it. If checked, pinned tickets will be removed when the ticket is closed.

- Product Tour - Run the Product Tour for Revelation helpdesk to see many of the features in the product.
The Navigation Size shown below is set as the default. The style and size can be changed in the Interface Options section shown above.
